Benedictine Monk's Tunic - Brown

This classic monk's tunic is made from durable cotton fabric with a twill weave, providing strength and longevity. The loose fit and sturdy fabric make it perfect for historical representations or reenactment events. The wide sleeves and ample round neckline offer comfort and ease of wear. The kukulle, or traditional large hood, is detachable from the main tunic and can also be worn alone, thanks to a removable seam that can be undone with a sewing tool (such as a seam ripper). The tunic is completed with a long cotton cord of approximately 3.8 meters, which serves as a belt (called zingulum), emphasizing the essential design of the robe.
