The simple medieval tent "Herold" offers an economical, spacious, and functional solution for camps, medieval markets, or LARP events. It is large enough to accommodate 3 people along with their luggage and gear. With a side height of approximately 1.80 m and a central height of approximately 2.60 m, it provides ample space even for tall individuals. The tent is decorated with a circular band and features a base designed to protect against wind and dirt. Thanks to the dividable side walls, the tent can be opened at both the front and the back. Without the side walls, it can also be used as an open canopy. To keep the tent compact, no awning is included.

The "Herold" tent comes complete, including poles and accessories.

Note: The decorative band is round, similar to the red-blue variant.

All measurements are approximate and may vary slightly from the delivered product. The tents are handmade, giving them an authentic look but may result in small irregularities. Cotton is a natural material that reacts to different climatic conditions, so it may shrink or expand when exposed to moisture. This may require slight adjustments to the iron poles to fit into the designated openings. Avoid stretching the tent fabric with excessive force to minimize the risk of tears or seam damage.

Important notes for assembling, maintaining, and caring for our historical tents:
To ensure long-lasting enjoyment of your Viking, Roman, Saxon, knight, medieval, merchant, or medieval market tent, follow these tips:

  • Do not over-tighten the ropes, as natural materials like wood and cotton expand or contract with air humidity. This prevents the enlargement of pole openings in the roof, which could allow water to enter.
  • Loosen the ropes slightly overnight, as air humidity increases significantly, and excessive tension could damage the tent.
  • Even in rain or high humidity, it is advisable to loosen the ropes.
  • Dry your tent after use if it becomes wet to prevent mold formation.
  • Do not use chemical cleaners or other cleaning products on the tent. The best way to remove dry dirt is with a soft brush.
  • For long-term storage, separate all items (stakes, ropes, etc.) from the tent fabric and store them separately. Ensure that all parts are dry and stored in a dry environment.

By following these maintenance tips, your tent will remain in excellent condition and ready for your next adventure!
